DAKREF TUN M series are low-density, basic monolithic spray materials used for working lining in the tundish. Our sprayable lining material contains magnesia of optimum granulometry, specific bonding materials and fibrous constituents to provide excellent insulating property not only help reduce the heat loss through refractory but also helps avoid crack formation due to shrinkage. Our products provide high wear resistance that helps extend the service life of permanent lining which allows longer sequencing hours. As the application our tundish spray mass is easy without any rebound, the thickness of material at the slag zone can be increased easily.
